The product cures/seals in the absence of air between closely fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage caused by shock and vibration. The thixotropic nature of EMS FORCE 5543 reduces migration of the liquid product after application to the substrate. EMS FORCE 5543 delivers robust curing performance. It works not only on active metals (e.g., brass, copper) but also on passive substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces. The product offers high temperature performance and oil tolerance. Application: Ideal for locking and sealing threaded screws/fasteners, machinery, vehicles, construction spare parts, tools, electrical connectors, shipbuilding, etc.
